Change of mind on furniture purchase
Please choose your furniture items carefully as cancellation of your furniture purchase or refunds are not provided where you have simply changed your mind, made a wrong selection, or simply found the item cheaper elsewhere. We recommend you carefully preview any orders before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with your order.
Exchange and Refund
If a customer is not satisfied with the selection of their purchase, we grant them 3 days for an exchange with a same value or higher item in store, (there is no exchange on custom order items).
We do not offer refunds for products that leave the warehouse or store.
In case the item is still in the warehouse or store we only grant a store credit voucher which can be used to purchase other items from the store.
